Hello,

I believe the topic question say everything. I'm more than 48h waiting for a money charge on my resellone account with some domains pending registration :/ The resellone support is not working for more than "2 weeks" (even a post about this issue ) and i have no answer for the mails that i had sent.

I have more than 1000 domains registred at resellone and this is not the support that i want from a 'good' (?) company.

I will appreciate an answer of Resellone with the plans for the future to solve the situations that i mentioned before.

Thanks in advance

I too would like to know the long term plans for ReSellOne.

Seems that the forum support is all but dead .... the last post from anyone at ReSellOne lead me to believe that if more TP client's did not come on board that the future here was rather bleek.

I guess we as client's of ReSellOne could email the CEO of TP and ask him what future we have here.

What do yall think?

I know in the last week or two I have helped a few of yall with setting up the OpenSRS system to intergrate into your business but was all this just a waist of time?

Sure would be nice to knopw the answers.

I totally agree with you. An e-mail to the CEO of TP is a good option.

Hi, SpoKuz

I just loaded my account via the on-line CC form. The transaction took less than 24 hours so they are still taking money.

Kind Regards,

Les

Where can i found that online CC form? We are from Portugal and do not have "Verified by VISA" option, so our card has to be manually charged.

Hello,

I am forwarding this forum post to my immediate superior and will ask him to speak here to detail whatever he is allowed to at this moment, though I cannot say that it is much.

Thanks,

Aamir A.

The payment link is here:

https://resellone.net/Payment/Default.aspx

If you need to be manually charged, email billing@resellone.net. If you let us put the card on file rather than sending a new form via fax each time, your payments will be processed faster in many cases.

Spokuz: Could you please resend that money request? I have not seen it.

Aamir,

I sent an e-mail again from dominios@webhs.pt to your e-mails (aabdullah@theplanet.com and aamir@ev1servers.net).

It's very URGENT this situation. Can you please charge my account.

Thanks in advance

Hi Spokuz,

Did you try the billing e-mail Aamir indicated? Everytime I have used this address for payment/billing issues, I have received e-mail back.

Kind Regards,

Les

No, it is a bad election. As they do not change its policy, they are going to go very badly. I only hope that it is not another Registerfly…

I have to say RS1 is very fast on charging your CC. :-)

So far the respones to email is just under 24 hours. Keep up the good work RS1.

How about getting a personal loan for that amount?

Also Id have to agree with getting a business credit card. It will build up your credit quickly. We own a small business, not much cash flow, but still opened up a business credit card just to build up credit.
