RapidSSL Order Failed: Price Error??

Just tried to process an order and got this error msg?

Order item ID #71128 not processed for the following reason: error code (5055), Order error occurred
pricing error: Request completed successfully

When check price got this error?
General error has occurred
Error ID: ror1-1185378005-17018

Please advise??

It's all working now after a few email to support@resellone.net (Aamir- Reseller Services Supervisor) for fixing up the pricing table.
