Just tried my 1st domain transfer and found this error:

Pricing for this product could not be found. Please contact system support.
Order 19xxxx for domain aquacarotene.com saved and submitted, but due to error(s) was not processed. Reason(s):

and

Order 19xxxx (xxx.com) not registered: Pricing system is currently unavailable..


Cost $0.00 USD ??

How to fix it?

It's all working now after a few email to support@resellone.net (Aamir- Reseller Services Supervisor) for fixing up the pricing table.
