Registrar will not respond

Hi,
i have several domains registered by uk-cheapest at resellone.net

The reseller uk-cheapest.co.uk is uncontactable and I have a problem with nameservers that needs sorting. I have tried going direct to resellone.net also but received no reply from support, so I dont know how to manage my domains and as they are business ones, it is my livelihood being affected.

Does anyone know what I can do , I cant transfer the domains without the reseller cooperating by sending me the epp code, but as they wont, what can I do.

I thought resellone.net would be able to help me as they are icann registered etc, but I also get no response from them on this, so I guess they will only dea with resellers.

Any ideas?

Can anyone say whether Resellone.net is still operating even.

I am at a total loss as to how to contact someone with regard my business domain names. uk-cheapest.co.uk appear to have disappeared, although still accepting payments. I paid using the auto system to have my domains transferred as they were uncontactable and they took the money but my domains are still stuck.

resellone.net is the registrar so why can I not get any communication with them, surely they can do somethin about this and help me get my domains back.

Does anyone have any idea,
pleeeease is anyone out there.... or with regard my domain names am i dealing with some automated system that has screwed up and a such there is no person involved or able to give me any advice or explanation?

You will have to deal with the company you used to register the domains with.

Unless you have access to the domains through the web interface then there is not much you can do, thats why cheap is not always better.

Well uk-cheapest.co.uk is just their name, they are not that cheap, they are a large domain reseller, that was fine unil a few monhs ago. Dont know what has happened, maybe company has gone bust or something anyway I have been told by Icann that the registrar can do something and luckily resellone.net is actually Everyones Internet at The Planet.com, who I am sure will do something about this, it is just the resellone.net part of their system seems to not respond.

So hopefully I will get somewhere with Everyones Internet and The Planet.

Maybe they can send the transfer request and auth codes to your registrant email address.

good luck getting it sorted! As you can see from other posts, support is not ResellOne's strong suit.

ResellOne is a little bit understaffed and they show their extremely low prices on their web site which attracts noobs who cant do anything right :) But the system have been working fine for a while now :)
