Is resellone here to stay?
We're about to transfer a large number of domains across to resellone, but I need to be sure it will still here at least for the next few years.

The reason I'm asking.. ev1 and theplanet re now one, right? ThePlanet has their own domain registrar, I'm just wondering if it eventually swallow resellone. Are there any plans for that?

There is absolutely no doubt whether or not Resellone is going to stay. The legacy EV1 domains system Reselleone and Orbit domains all currently exist and there are no plans to end any of the programs anytime soon. There has been a large amount of discussion about how to merge the two retail systems, however the Resellone system has a much greater amount of flexibility customer base the the Orbit domain system does and it is intended as a reseller system whereas the Orbit system is meant as a retail system.

I'm wondering the same thing. The contact page makes it sound like this whole site is just a work in progress, but not complete. The fact that I can't find any phone numbers to call anyone is very disturbing. I know this has been around for a while, so I'm also wondering if it's getting any resources applied.

I'm an old Ev1 customer and would like a better method of registering domains instead of sending an e-mail (amazing they still do that!)

I would love to hear thoughts from current customers?

Your assessment of Resellone being a work in progress is not entirely inaccurate. Over the last year since the merger between EV1Servers and The Planet, there have been numerous challenges that the Resellone staff has met and while the path has certainly not been without it's pitfalls, in the end we have managed to come through intact.

For all of the progress that we have made though, we are still in the early stages of the Resellone project. After proving the worth of the Resellone product to the new management we are, at this point, working on solidifying our product offering and intend to begin promotional projects within the next few months.
