I am getting the following error while accepting transfers, is any of you having a similar problem?
The error which occurred was:
Could not issue transfer: Unable to process transfer for XXXXXXX.com: Billing failure.

i think this problem has relapsed. but this time i am getting that error while register a new domain...
I am waiting for the solution. resellone :confused:

The error has been resolved. It was a simple matter of a submission error on the registry side.

Well good that it was a small error then because it caused 6 hours long problem and 2 times in 2 days in a row. :)

We're receiving the same error as of today on new registrations as well as renewals :
Order xxx431 (xxx.ext) not completed in the registry: Currently an order for this domain is possibly being processed. Please try again in 60 seconds..
Order xxx431 (xxx.ext) not completed in the registry: Billing failure.
I've already submitted e-mails regarding this issue over 4 hrs. ago to HOU-domains*AT*theplanet*DOT*com and support*AT*resellone*DOT*net, but so far no response.
We've been forced to register the new domain names elsewehere, but would like to leave the previously registered ones at ResellOne (if we'll be able to renew them)
Please solve asap.
