Hi,
according to the Grand Promotional Offer, "10 RapidSSL certificates valid one year*" are eligible for rebates.
Does that mean that I need to order 10 certificates for exactly one year only or would I still get a rebate on my first year if I would order 10 certificates for 3 years?

I don't believe you can order 3yr certs.

As Rebis stated I also have not seen the ability to order 3yr certs.

Hmm, I haven't tried 3 years myself yet, but I ordered a certificate renewal for 2 years for a customer through your system: Order Item ID #741
If you click on "Place Order for RWI2 Service" and then select " Create New Order For New User" with the Digital Certificate option, you need to enter your personal information. On the next screen ("New Digital Certificate Order Form") you see an option for a period of either 1, 2 or 3 years.
The two certificates I order for 2 years each all show the correct certificate expiration date if you visit the site and click on the lock symbol.
I happen to have 10 certificate renewals coming up this month, so I am wondering if I need to renew for one year to be eligible for the rebates or if I can order all of them for 3 years instead and get a rebate on the first year.

Were all the emails from the system
From: support@ev1servers.net
Return-Path was also support@ev1servers.net
???????????????
Certainly the StarterSSL (RapidSSL) all were. Bit of a nuisance that these go to the client who then thinks I'm buying from EV1...
There doesn't seem to be anywhere to change these emails....
Maybe worse still the signature on the email plainly states FreeSSL all over it. My client might think I'm charging them for a Free SSL certificate!!!!!!!! It should be RapidSSL if anything...
SSL system needs a bit of work. Well at least RapidSSL part does.

Duly noted I do see this as a problem as well. Is this how the emails are going out from the resellone setup?
If I am not mistaken the rebranding part covers everything from the domains, ssl and the website builder tools.
I will have the reseller services team take a look at this one.

Freddo,
Please send a copy of this email to support@resellone.net, I have gone through all of the SSL templates and have not found anything set to Ev1, so this may be an issue that I have to forward to developement. We appreciate your bringing this to our attention, and I can assure you that we will address this as quickly as possible.

We have access to these templates if you will send me the email in question I can attempt to fix the issue in the correct template, but I need the email to ensure that I correct the right one.

They still show FreeSSL signature and say StarterSSL when they are in fact RapidSSL and they still have the From: being support@ev1servers.net

Please email domainmanager@resellone.net exactly which template you are referring to. I have gone through the SSL messages and I am not finding one that says FreeSSL or StarterSSL, in the "Digital Certificate Order Processing" templates.

As I stated previously these templates are not available in "Digital Certificate Order Processing" - at least not in my control panel...

Thanks, I have forwarded it to the developement team so that we can find where this message was sent from, it is not one of the templates that I have access to. We will let you know as soon as we have an answer.

Some of the emails actually come from GeoTrust, the one previously referenced did. And we are able to get them edited accordingly, so if you see any that you think need to be edited, please email them to us at domainmanager@resellone.net.
