Managed DNS activation email notify

I am receiving an email warning message for every DNS management plan activated, is there a way to disable this notify?

You can't do it, at least not right now. The messages are under the message settings in RWI2, but the activate/deactivate checkbox appears to be forced on by ResellOne. I'd suggest e-mailing Brooke or Laurie and see if they can make it configurable on the reseller side.

In order to deactivate that email we would have to deactivate it for all resellers, please email us at support@resellone.net, with which email specifically you want deactivated and we can discuss it.
