Hello All,

I've been with resellone for over a year now and my renewals are coming through. My API calls to RS1 to renew the domain however the call goes into the pending list and I must run it manually from there. Any idea on how to get it to go right through and renew?

there is an option in rwi which you can set if the requests should be queued or not. In Tech Contact Information, you will see 'Process Renewals Immediately:' this might be your problem.
