Well I seen this suggested here http://www.resellone.net/support/rcl_demo.aspx
After completing the demo, we encourage you to try out the processes within HORIZON, ResellOne test environment.
How do we test things here if we do not know where it is?

It might be a bit late..but when I read that I checked it out with live support. there is no ResellOne "Horizon Test Environment". The website's a bit misleading in that respect.

I'm just testing about with things now...and you can set all orders to go 'pending' before being processed. That way you can test it out as much as you like, and cancel the orders without being charged.
I'm rather new at all this! So it seems to have been the best way to go about it

yeah but then you end up with a list of non users in the system and also tons of canceld orders ......... lol :D
Maybe we should have all gotten an extra account during the grand opening promotion to use as our test environments to keep our real accounts nice and clean :)
Now that I have my real domains in my resellone account, I'm not wild about starting to test the API out plugged into my live system.

That's why when I'm testing, I've been using an account registered for "us" to use for ourself :) Can't help the cancelled order bit though.
Getting everything to work has just been great fun! I'm no perl coder so that doesn't really help. Using that opensrs-php class to communicate with the server. We've got a few things working at the moment, but it's far from offering some sort of automated domain service to any of our customers. At least we can register domains easily enough (using the API) now though!

You can set your domains to go to pending immediately instead of ordering, then you can test and just delete from the pending domains file.

I did get the opensrs-php to work very well with ModrenBill though we still have it set to pending so we can do fraud check before the domain is ordered.
Also I have the cert register working as a stand alone system with the opensrs cgi version in a round about way . first they pay then an email is sent that has the information on how and where to finish the order process. which goes to pending then we finish it from there.
This is also the way we have the WSB and the DNS management set up ..... as soon as I can figure out how to run these inside MB I will be very happy .... :D
we also have both manage domain working and the DNS management working with cgi version of the opensrs so clients can now use our domain name with out going to the resellerone domain. plus the custom management system with our branding ..... slowly but surely ...... ;)
