View Full Version : Payment Was Instant On A Saturday :)

Hi Everyone,

I just did a reload of my account using this link

https://resellone.net/Payment/Default.aspx

The payment was instant :) on a Saturday.

I kind of doubt this was process by RS1 (it's Saturday) manually and thus think maybe instant account credit will be the norm from now on.

Any verification on my conclusion from RS1 would be great.

No, actually that was me. :) However, as you all hopefully can tell we're attempting very hard to improve services. While I can't guarantee that instant crediting will always be the case, we are looking to cut back on response times and this case is just one example to show that some of the measures we are taking are working.

As far as the CC situation goes. We are looking at trying to enable to cc function within ResellOne first, thereafter we'd like to take a look at direct (or instant) crediting. Now to be sure, that's probably more than 2 to 3 months off as it will require some developing... Possibly... However - if we CAN do it we will. At the moment we're "cleaning house" in order to get to a better level of service before we begin trying to implement further services.

Oh... sure throw me a curve ball. I am glad I got the credit so fast. I just wished it was from an auto script.

Well here you go folks ........ it has been alomost 23 hours and still no credit on our account. Once again ReSellOne is laying down on the job. :(

Now I do not know about most of you but our business runs 24/7/365 but it would seem that ReSellOne just works when they get the time to do so. :eek:

Ok I just called TP and was informed that no one from ReSellOne works on the weeked?? This person did not even have any idea what I was talking about at first he kept asking me for an IP address?? The real question is this why do they advertise 24/7 service ( look here on this page http://www.resellone.net/support/ ) when they do not supply 24/7 service?

Once again I sit here thinking if I did not have such much time and money in this I would just move on to some other service provider. :mad:

Also BTW the time on this server seems to be a little wacked it is 2:58 pm here and it is showing almost 2 hours behind.

ResellOne needs to activate the CC processing option inside the RWI. Lets not get side-tracked by problems. It doesnt help to complain about this. We must convince ResellOne to activate that functionality.

Because the CC processing option inside the RWI uses a merchant gateway and this means that your payment will be processed in a matter of seconds in realtime when you submit it!

Can you guys call to TP and ResellOne (guess what I found a number of ResellOne on their agreement ;) ) and tell them to get this functionality activated?

This is actually something we have finally been able get across and the project is something that Aamir and I are both following very closely.

The project for RWI CC functionality has been submitted as of last week. I expect to get feedback on the request this week. I'll certainly let you guys know what's happening as it progresses.

You can call TP all you want but it will do no good on the weekend as their 24/7 support stops on Friday afternoon and starts back on Monday morning :eek:


If I did this to our clients we would be out of business real quick :p

Well then change it ..... it is called false advertisement, its misleading and a down out lie. :eek:

Also there is a post here somewhere that claims we can call TP and get support the person I talked to was lost in space and had no idea what ReSellOne was ...... :rolleyes:

I do not have the ability to make any changes to the website, I can only make requests to project management, which I have submitted. I would agree with you that it is misleading and false advertisement which is why I have renewed the issue again.

As far as getting someone that didn't know what RS1 was, I don't know whats going on there but I well also send out an email to all department heads instructing them to makes sure that their staff are aware of what the project is in order to make sure that their employees know how to properly direct calls.
