WTF. I have submitted over 10 orders with the same CC. C'mon guys it's almost 2008, you should really offer a modern payment facility. Sometimes I think you make RS1 impossible to use on purpose.

I've had this problem ever since my credit card company merged with Bank of America and Bank of America dropped mastercard securecard for all those accounts - I finally found out that because of Bank of America's agreement with Mastercard Securecode that Bank of America says they are forbidden to offer securecode for all the tens of thousands of migraded accounts -- talk about a very strange policy, for securecode to be dropped overnight due to the merger and no longer able to be offered or added to any of those accounts.

If you send an email to billing they can process the payment for you though as an existing customer which is very helpful.

I still am waiting for the payments from within RWI to be working. Not only this makes entering codes irrelevant, the amount would be credited to account immmediately. After all, I dont think that anybody with a bunch of domains in the RWI will try to make credit card fraud and risk loosing all his domains at the same time :)

Internal Billing in the RWI is at least three months away from completion. I don't have any official dates as of yet but I should have an answer concerning the latest stage of development sometime next week. The billing updates have been merged with a larger project concerning the creation of a ticketing system for the RS1 project. This ticketing system should allow for more efficient communication and a quicker response time on support requests. The ticketing system should also ensure that there will be no more issues with unanswered emailed support requests as it would be part of the internal system which would not allow for any lapse of communication.

The billing integration has been a feature that, as most of you are probably aware of, has been vexing us for some time now. I think that the perception that some of our customers have is that we have not integrated it because it is easier for us to handle billing the way it has been done, but the opposite is closer to the truth. Having to manually add funds in this manner opens up not only slow and inefficient but also opens up the possibility of errors beings made, and while I am not aware of any mistakes in this fashion being made recently I do know that in the past there have been instances where funds where added to the same account twice by different employees. Billing integration has been a high priority for us for some time and will continue to be so in the future until this situation is resolved.
